Enhance enrollment and reduce start-up times
Rapid identification of potential investigators and their patient populations can significantly reduce the start-up time for your clinical study. To expedite enrollment, i3 employs a number of proprietary data resources to augment your own active investigator list.
Clinical Research, Analysis and Feasibility Tool
We use i3 CRAFT™ (Clinical Research, Analysis, and Feasibility Tool), a proprietary software application that permits i3 to search large databases for information about patients with specific diagnoses and other characteristics. CRAFT advanced data technologies aid enrollment by identifying providers within selected geographical regions surrounding active sites whose patient population meets the entry criteria parameters.
i3 Investigator Network Database
i3 can quickly draw investigator candidates from the i3 Investigator Network Database, which contains information on tens of thousands of potential investigators throughout the world. Rapid-query capabilities yield information on each investigator’s applicable research experience, specialty, interest in particular types of studies, patient populations, and geographic location.
Investigator validation
We validate optimal investigator candidates using traditional feasibility methodology on either a blinded or (ideally) an unblinded basis to assess:
- Competency and availability of investigative staff
- Adequacy of facilities
- The investigator and team’s interest in and commitment to the trial
The best investigators. The correct sites. And both identified as rapidly as possible—it’s an i3 specialty.
A faster approach to successful studies
The best investigators. The correct sites. And both identified as rapidly as possible—it’s an i3 specialty with direct bearing on the start-up time and ultimate success of your clinical study.
